ZTU Community Zoo Project

Several times a year we run something called the ZTU Community Zoo Project. this fun event brings together members from all over, and all levels of zoo building experience. We start with a signup period of several weeks, and then we start building. We use a zoo map that has been pre-built for the project, often with sections of the zoo fenced off. Each sections size is relative to the number of people who are working on the zoo. The first person to get the zoo picks a fenced area to build the exhibit(s) of their choosing and landscape as they see fit. They save the zoo and pass it along to the next person, who builds their section and so on and so on.
Signup requires the following information:
NAME ___________________________
VERSION OF ZT ___________________
FIRST CHOICE ANIMAL _______________
SECOND CHOICE ANIMAL ______________
DOWNLOADS?(this means are you willing to download, or do you have downloads from this site installed?) ______________________
So for example, I might signup like this:
ZTUnlimited , runnning ZT Complete Collection, 1st choice - African Elephant, 2nd choice - Tapir, all downloads from the site installed.
By posting what version of ZT and if you have downloads we can set the order in which everyone goes so as not to cause conflicts with those who are running a lower version, or who do not have downloads installed. As the zoo goes along, each person gets to see and experience strategies used by their fellow zookeepers. Everyone has a good time, and most of the time we all learn new zoo building techniques. Once everyone has built their section it goes to one of the admins for final review and removal of fences seperating areas. The zoo is posted on the site for everyone to download and enjoy!
